Fees

The registration fee is inclusive of refreshments and lunch on all days, a three course conference buffet and all event material. Please indicate your attendance when registering.  

Accommodation is available at the nearby Etap, Salford Keys at a cost of £28.75 per room per night on a bed and breakfast basis. Rooms can accommodate up to 3 people (one double, one single) and can be booked during the registration process. If you are planning to share a room, please notify lisa.cornwell@iop.org of the names of the extra guests. Each extra person will be charged £3.75 for the additional breakfast. Accommodation is not included within the registration fee and must be prebooked separately. 

A discount of £30 will be applied to the above fee for those who register online and pay using a valid credit or debit card.

The discount will be applied at the basket page when "credit card" is selected as the method of payment. The Conferences department reserve the right to amend your fee without prior notice if an incorrect payment method is selected. Please note the discount is only available until the registration deadline.

*Please note that the one day fee does not include any receptions or the conference buffet.

Payment of fees

In order to ensure that it complies with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard ("PCI DSS") and for the protection of its members and others, the Institute of Physics will only accept credit and/or debit card payments online through RBS WorldPay secure payment server.

Confirmation of your payment will be sent by e-mail once the transaction has been successfully processed.
