Refund policy


All cancellations, by individuals or groups, must be given in writing to the Institute. E-mail shall not be sufficient for these purposes. For events that are held over multiple days, participants must inform the Institute in writing at least one calendar month prior to the first day of the event (unless otherwise indicated on the website). If written notice is received within this time frame, a full credit/refund minus a 20% administrative charge will be issued. Those cancellations made after this deadline shall not be entitled to a credit/refund. For events held on one day, the cancellation deadline is five working days prior to the day of the event and the same policy applies as above.
